Welcome to our growing library of online teacher professional development courses regarding behavior management in children! With our over 40 years of combined experience we have developed several curated self-paced courses to help teachers, administrators, mental health professionals and parents gain a deeper understanding of how a child’s emotional development and maturity works; and, more importantly, what educational professionals and parents can do to manage behavior more effectively in order to help children grow in a healing way.
What Our Online Professional Development Courses Cover
Our courses cover a variety of topics that are either directly related to managing child behavior or are connected to managing child behavior within a professional context. The aim with most of our class is to give educational professionals the knowledge, language, permission, encouragement and courage to develop tools, plans, protocols, and strategies that best serve the child or student in question regarding behavior. Whether it is during a team meeting to discuss a behavior improvement plan or sitting with a challenging student to establish and maintain boundaries, we hope that when you have completed our online courses you have the tools and strategies to make a positive change in your school.
